If you’re noticing that your message didn’t go through, never fear…. There are ways to investigate this. In fact, we built the system so that everything in and out is logged. Here’s what you need to do:
- Login to WHMCS admin area
- Click on Addons, then select WHMCS Notify Extended
- Click on the module logs link
- Select the module you attempted to send a message through
- In the list, you’ll see a ‘status code’ and a ‘status reason’. For most modules, this will be exactly what you need and you can resolve the issue from there
