At this time, there are 3 administrative output options. more will be developed over the course of time
Encrypt ALL Values: (available only to full admins only)
This option will take all unencrypted custom fields related to tickets and encrypt them. This only functions if you have the option set to encrypt data, and an API admin selected.
Unencrypt ALL Values: (available only to full admins only)
This option will take all encrypted custom fields related to tickets and decrypt them. This only functions if you have the option to encrypt data remove, and an API admin selected.
Unwatch all tickets:
This option allows you to unwatch all the tickets you are still watching
Ticket Row:
In each ticket , the following options are available:
- Click on the owner to go to their profile
- Click on the ticket subject to go to the ticket
- Click on the ‘Remove Watch’ link in order to remove the watch for that specific ticket.
