The logs section of the module contains all of the logs that are stored over the course of time. The top row will allow you to view each specific log, while the bottom will allow you to clean it

This section is the default log container for this module - Admin Logs
Admin activity that is logged goes in here - User Logs
Various user activity (opt in/out, looking up IP info) is logged. That’s where this is stored - Block Logs
When a user is blocked, it is logged here - Cron Logs
Updates, clearing the blocks table, all of that goes in here
Clean Logs:
This will let you clean the logs, if your user group has permissions
